PlanWatch keeps an eye on the Markdown files that matter to you and shows every change the moment it lands. Point it at your project notes, plans, or docs — any Markdown file that gets rewritten while you work, whether by a build script, a background process, or an AI coding agent — and PlanWatch renders each update live, scrolling and highlighting the exact section that changed.
