About
Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, or Zepbound. Log the shot you just took, dose and injection site first. The GLP-1 record stays on this iPhone. Apple Watch is included. Time since the last dose and the next reminder are on your wrist. Dial Pro plots estimated level from the doses you recorded, and builds a PDF for the doctor's visit. The catalog has semaglutide (Ozempic and Wegovy), tirzepatide (Mounjaro and Zepbound), liraglutide, dulaglutide, and exenatide. Enter a custom medication if your prescription is not listed. Estimated-level charts need doses in mg or mcg. Right after the shot Log the medication, dose, date, time, injection site, and a note if you have one. We show time since that last logged dose and when the next reminder is due. One reminder is included. History is a list or a graph. Record weight with the dose history. Apple Health is optional. Log side effects and how severe they were. Keep progress photos on the same timeline. Track the pens and vials you brought home from the pharmacy, with expiration dates. Scan a package label to fill in medication, concentration, lot, and expiration. The unit converter checks dosage-to-concentration arithmetic. What Dial Pro adds Estimated level is modeled from the doses you recorded. It shows on the Today screen, a Progress chart, and a Home Screen widget. Pick a week, a month, or six months. A second reminder and extra medications are Dial Pro. That purchase also adds side-effect frequency and severity charts, plus photo comparison (side-by-side and overlay). Export a PDF of dose history, weight trend, and side-effect patterns for the visit, or CSV if you want a spreadsheet. Log a dose from Apple Watch and use watch face complications. The Apple Watch app that comes with Dial shows time since last dose and the next reminder. Wrist logging is Dial Pro. The record stays on this device. Turn on Sync with iCloud if you want it in your own iCloud. Share a PDF or CSV by AirDrop, email, or print. You can keep the shot log without paying. Dial Pro is a lifetime purchase or a subscription. If you already have an Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, or Zepbound pen at home, the next shot is the one to log. Dial is a personal tracker, not a medical device. It does not diagnose, calculate doses, recommend changes, or give medical advice. Confirm changes with your doctor.
