HVAC Service Log AU

About

HVAC Service Log AU helps Australian air conditioning and refrigeration technicians capture clear service evidence while they are still on site. Create a focused service record for split systems, ducted units, VRF/VRV, cool rooms, freezer rooms, package units and chillers. Record the client, site, unit ID, equipment type, refrigerant circuit, work order, isolation notes, controller fault, pressure readings, temperature readings, leak-test notes, likely cause, action taken, parts or refrigerant required and customer handover recipient. Use it when a breakdown callout, preventive service, leak check, commissioning visit, filter and coil clean or cool room alarm needs a clean record before the customer, supervisor or next technician takes over. Key features: - HVAC and refrigeration service sheet workflow - Multiple saved service logs stored locally on device - Unit ID, equipment type, refrigerant circuit, technician and licence details - Electrical isolation, refrigerant hazard and site safety checks - Controller fault code, suction pressure, discharge pressure, temperatures, superheat/subcooling, leak-test and condensate fields - Required handover checklist - Evidence photos with captions - Labour, parts, callout and downtime impact estimate - Shareable text summary - PDF service handover export - No account required Create service logs, attach evidence photos and export PDF handover packs. Every feature is included and free; advertising is the only monetisation. Important: HVAC Service Log AU creates field HVAC service records only. It does not replace manufacturer procedures, Australian refrigerant handling rules, electrical safety requirements, equipment manuals, regulator requirements or licensed-worker obligations. Always follow site rules and qualified HVAC/refrigeration practice before isolation, testing, charging, repair or restart.
