Curbframe is the listing-photo app built around honest disclosure. Make your photos look better — not different — and where an edit does change the property, Curbframe labels it for you and keeps the original. ENHANCE ON DEVICE — FREE, UNLIMITED Auto exposure, white balance, contrast, and sharpening. Lens-distortion and vertical/perspective straightening. Crop, level, and rotate. Sky enhancement that recovers the sky you already have. These adjustments run entirely on your iPhone — no upload, no credits — and they don't require a disclosure label. STAGE, DECLUTTER, AND REPLACE SKIES — LABELED BY DEFAULT Furnish an empty room with virtual staging. Remove movable clutter. Swap a grey sky for a clear one. These edits change the photo, so Curbframe treats them as disclosure-required: every result comes back with a permanent "DIGITALLY ALTERED" label burned into the image and your original kept alongside it. THE DISCLOSURE ENGINE Curbframe classifies each edit as exempt or disclosure-required, burns a non-removable label onto altered photos, keeps and links the untouched original, and generates a Disclosure Sheet for the whole listing — which images were altered, what changed, the board wording, and a link to each original. It's the paperwork, done for you. IT REFUSES TO CONCEAL Curbframe will not hide a defect (water damage, cracks, mold, rot, damaged wiring, broken fixtures), will not add or remove rooms, windows, or square footage, and will not depict an impossible view or sky. Hiding a defect is concealment, not staging — so the app blocks it and tells you why, citing the rule. BUILT FOR WHOLE LISTINGS Import a full listing, review every photo in a grid, and export in one tap: enhanced set, labeled staged set, originals, and the Disclosure Sheet — sized for common portals. WORDING PRESETS Ships with a California AB 723 preset (Business & Professions Code §10140.8) and a generic MLS / NAR preset. The app over-discloses by default, because under-disclosure is the risk. PRIVACY Your enhancements never leave your iPhone, and your original photo is always kept on device and included in every export.
