Plan your week. Pilates Flow Planner now opens on Today. Give each day of the week its own flow, then open the app and press play. Days you have practised are ticked off, so your week reads at a glance. • Today. The flow you planned, ready to start, with a breakdown of the areas you have worked this week underneath it. • Plan any day. Tap a day to pick its flow or leave it as a rest day. Not feeling it? Swap moves you to a different flow for today without touching the plan. • Dawn. A warm ivory theme with the same editorial serif, and the new default. Nocturne and the other three themes are still in Settings. • Heart rate zones. If you wear an Apple Watch, see how long you spent at rest, light, moderate, vigorous and peak, both at the end of a session and across your week. The player now shows the zone you are in as you practise. • Springs by resistance. Slots are named Light, Medium, Heavy and Extra heavy instead of by colour, so a flow reads the same on anyone's reformer. The colours are still yours to set. • A better Flows list. Search and sort your flows, and see what each one works without opening it. • Easier editing. Select steps to duplicate, group or delete them in one go. Custom exercises can carry a cue in your own words, and a long press removes one you did not mean to make. • Polish. The player is easier to read mid-exercise, and the starter flows have been rebalanced. Your flows, sessions and custom exercises all carry over untouched.

About
Flow is a simple, functional home for your reformer pilates routines. Build a flow once, save it forever, and practice it whenever you want, as many times as you want — no accounts, no subscriptions to classes, no noise. Just your own routines, catalogued beautifully. BUILD IT ONCE Put together flows from 98 reformer, box and ring exercises - or start from a ready-made template. Group steps into blocks that repeat ("3 rounds") or mirror left to right, and the whole flow expands automatically. Every step carries its own time and spring setting. PRESS PLAY AND FLOW A full-screen card shows the pose, the springs to set, which side you're on, and a big countdown. Gentle chimes and haptics mark each change, and the next exercise - springs included - is always visible so you're never caught mid-change. Your own music keeps playing underneath. NO JARGON Every exercise has a plain-English cue ("Hands on the bar, heels heavy, push the carriage back with hips high"). Filter by level, body area, or equipment. Made for people who do pilates, not people who teach it. KNOW YOUR WEEK The journal tracks sessions, minutes and your day streak, and a balance chart shows where your time went - legs, core, glutes, arms, back, mobility - with a gentle nudge about what you've been skipping. WORKS WITH APPLE HEALTH Finished sessions save as Pilates workouts with estimated calories, and your recent heart rate shows during a session if you wear a watch. MAKE IT YOURS Three studio themes - Warm Studio, Cool & Airy, and Dark Focus for dim rooms. Spring colours are customisable to match your own machine. Your data stays on your device. No account, no ads, no tracking. Privacy Policy: https://theweecompany.com.au/pilates-flow-planner/legal
