Made for the moment itself: one tap logs a Braxton Hicks, and the two numbers that matter — today's count and the rolling 60-minute count — are always on screen. TWO MODES, ONE HISTORY • Braxton Hicks mode: single-tap logging for practice contractions • Contraction mode: a start/stop button times each contraction — the pattern your provider will ask about • Switch anytime in Settings; both histories are kept KNOWS THE 5-1-1 PATTERN In contraction mode, a live card shows your cadence — how far apart, how long, how many in the past hour. When contractions reach the 5-1-1 pattern (about 5 minutes apart, about a minute long, for an hour), the card highlights and you get a notification.
