About

Rental Book is a simple, private booking and finance companion for owners who manage holiday apartments themselves. Built for small accommodation owners with 1–5 apartments, it helps you replace scattered notes, spreadsheets, and paper calendars with one clear place for your daily rental workflow. Plan and manage your rentals: - Keep a calendar for every apartment - Create and edit bookings with guest details, stay dates, guest counts, notes, and booking sources - Prevent accidental double bookings while allowing same-day check-out and check-in - Track deposits, payments, outstanding balances, discounts, and booking totals - Set seasonal pricing for each apartment - Monitor costs and view useful rental statistics - Create PDF booking vouchers and confirmations - Search guests and quickly see current and upcoming stays - Import availability from Booking.com, Airbnb, and Expedia through one-way iCal feeds - Store your data privately on your device, with iCloud backup and sync for your own devices Rental Book is designed as a focused owner’s notebook—not a complicated hotel system or channel manager. It is ideal for private hosts who receive bookings through direct messages, phone calls, email, returning guests, or booking platforms and want a calm, reliable overview. The app supports English, Croatian, Greek, Portuguese, Italian, Spanish, and French. Optional AI chat can help answer questions about bookings, guests, payments, costs, and calendar availability. When you use AI chat, relevant information from your request may be sent to a cloud AI service to provide the response.
