SnapSelect helps you find photos taken with a digital camera that are buried among iPhone photos, screenshots, saved images, and edited exports—so you can quickly choose what to post on social media. After importing photos from a digital camera, mirrorless camera, DSLR, or compact camera to your iPhone, it can take time to find the shots you want. SnapSelect uses EXIF metadata and other shooting information to identify camera photos and add them to a dedicated SnapSelect album in Photos. Import to your iPhone. Select with SnapSelect. Post with your usual social app. SnapSelect does not replace the Photos app or post anything on your behalf. It complements your existing photo library by making photos from your camera easier to find when you need them. PRIVACY BY DESIGN Your photos, thumbnails, and shooting metadata are never uploaded for classification. All photo classification happens on your device. You can change the app’s photo access at any time in iOS Settings. PLEASE NOTE Adding photos to the SnapSelect album does not delete, move, edit, or duplicate the original files. Background organization runs only when permitted by iOS, so opening SnapSelect and selecting your photos remains the primary workflow.
