RecruitOS Scout

About

RecruitOS Scout is the privacy-first recruiting board built for how college coaches and scouts actually work a tournament - fast, one-thumbed, and yours alone. Leave the clipboard in the truck. Scan a QR code at the gate and drop straight into the live lineup or scan a roster sheet and convert it to a digital roster. Tag interest (Offer, High Follow, Follow or Camp), jot notes from the lineup, add player video, and follow teams so you know when they’re playing next. Your evaluations stay private - organizations only see that a player was viewed, never your interest level or notes. What you get - QR scan into live event lineups - no friction at the dugout - Go digital even if the coach hasn't and scan hardcopy roster sheets into the platform - Private interest levels and quick-jot notes and video evaluations that stay yours - Player cards with measurables, video, and positional metrics - Tournament calendar with pre-loaded rosters - Weekend recap emailed before Monday morning - every tagged player and note, ready for your debrief Always free for college coaches and scouts. Built in the stands, for the stands.
