About
Chronic pain is hard to remember and harder to explain. AcheMap turns it into a clear record you build in seconds and can hand to your care team. Tap the spot that hurts on a front or back body map, then log how strong it is, what it feels like, and how long it lasted. The map shades each area by your worst pain, so your body becomes the record. WHAT YOU CAN DO - Tap a body map to log pain by exact area, with 20 named regions drawn right into the app - Rate intensity from 1 to 10, pick quality chips like sharp, dull, burning, throbbing, or stiff, and note the duration - Track flares: multi-day episodes tied to an area, with suspected causes and an active or resolved status - Note each day's activity level and weather by hand, no location tracking and no forecast service - See a month heatmap for every area and a ranking of where it hurts most - Read honest correlation cards: whether busier days or certain weather run with more pain - Search and filter your diary by area, feeling, or minimum intensity - Log a repeat in one tap with Same as last time - Follow the pain trends chart: daily averages with a 7 day trend line, for all areas or one HONEST BY DESIGN Patterns appear only after five or more entries on each side of a comparison. AcheMap describes your own logs, never a diagnosis, and it does not track medication. FREE AND PRO Free includes the body map, unlimited body areas, your first 30 entries, your latest 14 diary days, flares, the day journal, search and filters, the current month heatmap, and the area ranking.
