iPhone and iPad rank separately. Now AdScope measures both. TWO INDEXES, NOT ONE Apple runs a separate App Store search index per device, and they disagree. On one term measured here, 37 of about 245 results differed between iPhone and iPad, and the app sitting second on iPad was nowhere in the iPhone top 200. Reporting a single number for "the App Store" was reporting one of two different answers without saying which. Track a term on iPhone, on iPad, or on both, and see the two side by side. RANKS READ FROM APPLE'S REAL SEARCH Ranks now come from the same search index the Search tab on your device queries, roughly 250 results deep, per storefront and per device. That is a different index from the public catalogue API, and apps that rank in one are routinely missing from the other. HOW CROWDED A TERM ACTUALLY IS Every keyword now carries the number of apps Apple matches to it — measured, not estimated. Under about 120 competitors is a term you can realistically reach; a term at Apple's counting ceiling is labelled as a floor, not a total, because that is what it is. WHO YOU HAVE TO PASS A position on its own has no scale. Keyword detail now shows the apps immediately above and below yours, with their rating counts, so you can see whether the app ahead is a two-person indie or a competitor with four thousand ratings. If you are not in the results yet, it shows the list you have to break into. THE SEARCH BOARD Every tracked term, storefront and device on one screen, sortable by best rank, biggest move or least crowded, with iPhone and iPad as adjacent columns. Rank history you already collected is kept and read as the iPhone measurement, which is what it was.

About

AdScope measures your App Store keywords against a live search: difficulty, demand, relevance, and your real chance to rank. Then it tells you exactly where each term belongs, whether that is your app name, your subtitle, the 100-character keyword field, or Apple Search Ads. No account. No backend. Everything AdScope knows, it measured for itself from data anyone can request. KEYWORD RESEARCH THAT MEASURES • Every candidate scored against a live App Store search: difficulty, demand index, relevance, chance to rank • The demand index is built from observable competition and the size of the apps already winning the term. Apple publishes no such figure, so AdScope shows an index and labels it as one, on every screen • Each term gets a destination: app name, subtitle, the 100-character field, or buy it in Search Ads instead LISTING STUDIO • Paste-ready app name, subtitle and keyword field • An audit of the field you ship today: characters lost to spaces after commas, duplicate terms, and words your title already indexes for free SEARCH ADS STRATEGY • Which storefronts deserve budget, with the evidence behind each one • Exact or broad match, term by term • Up to five campaigns with a budget split, starting bids and negative keywords RANKS WORLDWIDE • One board covering every storefront • A full year of rank history, kept on your device COMPETITORS • Ratings, versions and price changes, watched on a schedule • Keyword gaps and head to head against any rival REVIEWS INBOX (PREMIUM) • Sort and filter by star rating, and triage replied against unreplied • Review analytics charts • Apple's public feed carries no developer responses, so replied is a state you mark here. AdScope never reads or posts your replies ACTIVITY • One timeline for every change GROWTH PLAYBOOK • An ordered, step-by-step plan built from your own numbers APP STORE CONNECT (PREMIUM) • Connect your own key for hang, launch and memory rates, plus download analytics • Aggregated rates only: Apple's API carries no per-crash diagnostics, and its analytics arrive around 48 hours behind APPLE INTELLIGENCE • On devices that support Apple Intelligence, it proposes keyword candidates. Each one is then measured like any other term, never taken on trust Built for iPhone, iPad and Mac. FREE AND PREMIUM Free: 1 app, 5 keywords, 1 storefront, 1 competitor per app, 3 growth plays, and the last 7 days of reviews and activity. Premium: unlimited apps and keywords, all 177 storefronts, the Search Ads connection, the reviews inbox, App Store Connect performance, local notifications, review analytics, Telegram alerts and CSV export. Subscriptions are billed to your Apple ID and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID settings. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription. AdScope is an independent tool and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Apple.
