Every sweep of the wipers is telegraphed with a shudder and a squeak: learn the rhythm, dive for fresh droplets, and retreat to the top of the glass before the blade finds you. Your drop is always evaporating. The only way to survive is to catch other drops — and every single point on the scoreboard is a dive into wiper territory. Hide and you shrink to nothing.
