Agar: Ethiopia Domestic Help

About

Finding trustworthy help for your home—or a trustworthy family to work for—should never feel like a gamble. Agar makes it safe, simple and personal. Agar connects Ethiopian families with verified maids, nannies, cooks and caregivers, and helps domestic workers find real, safe job opportunities. Every user verifies their identity with Ethiopia's Fida national ID plus a live selfie check, so you know exactly who you're talking to. Verified Trust First Look for the green ID Verified badge on every profile. Both families and helpers confirm their identity before connecting, building a community built on real trust, not guesswork. Smart Matching That Saves Time Agar ranks helpers and job posts using match scores based on services needed, availability, schedule, budget and distance. Spend less time scrolling and more time finding the right fit. Mutual Connections, Real Privacy Like a matchmaking app, chat only unlocks when both sides accept the connection. Phone numbers stay private until you're both ready to talk. Speak Your Language Use Agar fully in Amharic, Afaan Oromoo, Tigrinya or English. Every screen, message and match works in the language your family speaks at home. Reviews You Can Trust Two-way reviews are tied to real connections, so families and helpers can rate honest experiences and protect the next person who connects. Post your household needs—cooking, child care, elderly care, cleaning and more—along with your budget and schedule, and let Agar find your match. Safety tips, reporting and blocking tools are built in every step of the way. Agar is completely free, with no in-app purchases, ever. Download Agar today and find the help—or the opportunity—your family deserves.
