SepticInspectorPro

About

Septic Inspector Pro is the field tool built for licensed septic inspectors and installers. Stop filling out paper forms and assembling reports manually — complete your inspection on your phone and hand the client a professional PDF before you leave the driveway. INSPECTION CHECKLISTS Smart, system-aware checklists automatically adapt to the system type you're inspecting — conventional gravity, pump systems, aerobic, mound, drip, and more. Mark items as Pass, Concern, Fail, or N/A with a tap. PROFESSIONAL PDF REPORTS Generate a complete, branded report with one tap. Every report includes your company name and license number, the property address and client name, GPS coordinates of the inspection site, overall pass/fail result, color-coded status badges for every checklist item, and inline photos directly beside each finding. PHOTO DOCUMENTATION Photograph each finding directly within the checklist. Photos embed inline in the report next to the item they document. PERC TEST CALCULATOR Log multiple soil percolation readings and get an instant average minutes-per-inch result to include in your report. GPS COORDINATE STAMP Capture the site's GPS coordinates with one tap and they're automatically printed on every report. EMAIL TO CLIENT Send the finished PDF directly from the app. Your client gets a professional report in their inbox before you've left the property. INSPECTOR PROFILE Set up your name, company, license number, phone, and email once. Your details appear on every report automatically. REFERENCE TABLES Quick-access setback distances, tank size charts, and pumping guidelines — everything you need in the field without a signal. FREE TO TRY Create up to 3 inspections for free. Upgrade once with a single lifetime purchase — no subscriptions, no recurring fees. All data stays on your device. No account, no cloud, no tracking. Septic Inspector Pro is a documentation and reference tool. It does not replace licensing, certification, or jurisdiction-specific inspection requirements. All sizing values are typical reference guidance — local code governs.
