Misura App

About

Misura is a strength-training log for lifters who train to a plan. Build a program once, start it with one tap, then log sets, reps and weight as you lift. Misura measures whether your training is actually moving: your rolling 7-day volume, and how it compares to the 7 days before it. MEASURE, DON'T GUESS - Rolling 7-day training volume, with the change against your previous 7 days - Volume trend chart over time, for all training or a single program - Total volume, workout count, average volume per workout, training days per week - Automatic personal records per exercise, flagged on the set as you complete it TRAIN - Reusable programs with a saved exercise list and a colour tag - One-tap start, or start an empty workout and log as you go - Running volume in the header while the workout is live - Exercise autocomplete that keeps the same lift merged across programs and history - Kilograms or pounds, switchable at any time YOURS, EVERYWHERE - Sign in with email, Apple or Google - Workouts sync, so your history follows you to a new device - Delete your account and all of its data from Settings, at any time MISURA PRO Free includes one saved program and the last 30 days of history. Misura Pro removes both limits: unlimited programs and your complete training history. Misura Pro is an auto-renewing subscription, offered annually or monthly. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
