Audio Transcription Editor is an on-device voice tool for recording cleanup, meeting reviews, interview editing, and creative audio workflows. Record in the app, import audio from Files, or save Voice Memos through the iOS share extension, then transcribe, separate speakers, edit by text, and export on your device. Key features: - Record and import: capture audio in the app or import common audio files from Files and the share extension. - Offline transcription: built-in high-accuracy model for local processing after installation, with no account required. - Speaker separation: organize different speakers for interviews, meetings, and podcast material. - Text-based audio editing: navigate audio through transcript text and focus on the parts that matter. - Non-destructive workflow: original recordings stay unchanged while edits are saved as project data. - Professional export: prepare transcripts, captions, and edited audio assets. Privacy: Audio Transcription Editor does not require an account, does not actively collect personal data, and does not use advertising tracking. Recordings, imported files, transcripts, and editing projects are stored on your device by default. Camera access is only used for cover images, microphone access is used for recording, and speech recognition access is used for system transcription.
