What's new in this version: • Property obligations: record what a property owes a contractor, a bank or a seller, with instalments and a category, pay each instalment from the property cash box, and get a reminder before it falls due. • Expenses on a specific unit: link an expense to its unit and, if you choose, turn it into a claim on the tenant with a due date you pick.
