In Bangladesh, there is no official app or website that shows a train's current location. You can check the location using SMS, but it costs you ~5 TK per message. TrainKothai is here to fix that. Yes, TrainKothai is a 100% free app to track live train locations in Bangladesh. There’s no sign-up and no charges; track your train, check delays, and search routes at no cost. How does TrainKothai track trains? TrainKothai is powered by passengers helping each other out! When you open the app on the train tracking page, you will see an option called I'm on the train. When passengers are on the train, they turn this on so that we can show the train's live location, speed, and delay to that person and to others. Our system safely checks your location to confirm you are actually on that specific train. Once we know it's completely accurate, we update the train's live location on our app and website.
