Get an instant alert with photo evidence. • Out-of-window check-ins — an arrival with no active booking, or before check-in, is flagged in real time. • Evidence Packet — one tap assembles arrivals, a timeline, "booked N / detected M", and integrity hashes into a dispute-ready packet for the Airbnb Resolution Center or a chargeback rebuttal.
