Each turn you draw one tile — a road, a home, a park, a shop — and you decide where it goes. Easy to pick up, hard to put down. The twist: everything has to connect. Roads must link end to end. Homes need a road beside them or they get "cut off." Keep the traffic flowing and your citizens happy and the city keeps growing — get greedy and it grinds to a halt. Just… one more block.
