TaskCam: Resume Any Task

About

Task Camera is for every hands-on task life interrupts — cooking, repairs, assembly, garden work, lab protocols, desk projects. When you have to walk away, don't lose your place: SNAP IT — Open straight into the camera. Photograph exactly where you stopped. SAY IT — Hold to narrate what you did and what's left. Transcribed on-device; nothing is uploaded. AI DRAFTS THE REST — On-device Apple Intelligence turns your capture into an editable checklist. You confirm every step — you stay in control. RESUME EFFORTLESSLY — Your board of sticky notes shows every paused task with its photo and progress. One tap re-anchors you: the photo, your voice note, and the remaining steps. TRACK YOUR TIME — Start a work timer on any step. A Live Activity keeps the clock on your Lock Screen and Dynamic Island. Wait timers ("reduce 10 min") ring when it's time to come back — and nag politely until you do. SCAN DOCUMENTS — Built-in scanner with automatic edge detection and deskew. Export every photo and scan as one multi-page PDF. STAMP YOUR RECORDS — Optionally burn the date, time and place into capture photos: verifiable visual records for field work, inspections and client jobs. APPLE WATCH — Your board on your wrist, synced live. Check off steps from the Watch, record a quick voice note that lands on your phone, and keep a progress complication on your watch face. HAND IT OFF — Share a clean PDF report or a read-only page anyone can open in a browser. No app or account needed on their side. REMEMBER EVERYTHING — Reminders show the photo of where you stopped. Location reminders ping you when you're back at the spot (Pro). Ask Siri "What was I doing?" and hear your next step. SAFE TO CHANGE YOUR MIND — Deleted sessions rest in Recently Deleted for 30 days before they're gone. PRIVATE BY DESIGN — Photos, audio, transcripts and steps are processed on your device and stored in your private iCloud. We run no servers and see none of your content. TASK CAMERA PRO — Unlimited active sessions, full history, short-video capture, PDF & link handoff, best-results cloud AI, location reminders, time insights, notes & materials, Watch complications.
