Sync Follow a circular breathing guide at your personalized pace for 5 minutes. Your Apple Watch streams live heart rate data so you can watch your body respond. Interoception Press two fingers gently on your pulse and count heartbeats for 60 seconds, then compare with your Apple Watch reading. A practice in sensing your body's internal signals. Record Save your session as Mindfulness time in Apple Health.
