About
After a cancellation notice, the empty time keeps getting closer while you are still wondering who to contact. You do not want to send a mass message. You do not want to lower your price. But if you do nothing, today’s income disappears. That is not a problem with your judgment. You did not want to treat clients carelessly, lower the value of your work, or give up today’s open slot. You were trying to protect all of them at once. TwelveOath is an app that helps you prepare, before the next cancellation happens: the next person to contact, the reason to contact them, and the deadline for waiting for a reply. When a cancellation happens, contact one person. Wait for their reply. If it does not work, move to the next person. If needed, switch to a public notice. Do not let your only choices be a mass message, a discount, or doing nothing. TwelveOath helps you avoid repeating the same 30 minutes again.
