Homebound: Seafarer Calendar

About

Homebound is the calendar built for merchant seafarers — and it counts down the one date that matters: the day you sign off and go home. Set your sign-on date and your contract length — 4 months, 6, 9, whatever your articles say — add the "+/- 1 month" clause if your company uses it, and Homebound paints your whole contract and shows one big, glanceable number: the days until you sign off. On a fixed offshore rotation instead (28/28, 14/14, 6/6, even-time)? Set a pattern. Either way: no drift, no off-by-a-day. When a contract ends, Homebound keeps it. Every finished contract goes into your sea-service record, so the vessels, dates and sea days are there when you need them for a revalidation, a CoC application or your tax return. FREE • Big countdown — DAYS UNTIL SIGN-OFF, at a glance • Your whole contract on a calendar, sign-on to sign-off • Home Screen & Lock Screen widgets — your countdown, always on • Crew-change reminders before relief • Sea-service record — every finished contract saved with its sea days • Tickets — keep a certificate with a reminder before it expires • Homecoming Pass — send the person waiting ashore an offline snapshot of your dates, so they can count down too • Share your countdown with your family in a tap • 100% offline. No account, no sign-up — nothing leaves your phone unless you choose to send it. HOMEBOUND PRO — one-time unlock (no subscription) • Plan around your sign-off — add birthdays, anniversaries, the kids' events, and see at a glance which ones land after your expected sign-off • UK SED day count — see how your days abroad add up against the Seafarers' Earnings Deduction rules and export the count for your tax adviser • Your full sea-service record — rank, vessel type, IMO, tonnage and power, past contracts, and PDF/CSV export • Unlimited tickets — STCW certificates, medical, passport, visas, each with its own expiry reminder • Print your whole contract as a PDF and share it with your family Buy Pro once and keep it. No subscriptions. No ads. No data collection. The UK SED day count is a count from your own record, not tax advice. It doesn't check residency, your employer, or whether your vessel counts as a ship. Counting the days till home shouldn't be hard. Now it isn't.
