About
Jaarruimte NL calculates your Dutch annual room (jaarruimte) and reservation room for tax year 2026 — locally on your device, with no ads and no data collection. For the classic Factor A regime (38q transition) it computes: - Premium base = income (max €137,800) − the €19,172 AOW offset. - Base room = 30% × premium base. - Pension-build-up reduction (classic 38q) = 6.27 × Factor A 2025. - Annual room 2026 = base room − reduction − net pension, capped at €35,589. - Reservation room 2026 = unused annual room 2016–2025, up to €42,753. - Total deductible annuity premium and an estimated tax refund via the 2026 box-1 rates. Inputs: 2025 income, Factor A from your UPO, net pension, unused room 2016–2025 and your expected 2026 box-1 income. Transparent and traceable: every basis for the calculation links to the official sources (Belastingdienst, Staatsblad). The app clearly shows the 2026 figures and flags cases it does not model, rather than guessing. Not modelled: per-year ageing of reservation room, WTP regimes 38r and the flat-premium regime (UPO data required), the Belgian state-pension case, FOR/business-cessation conversions, AOW timing and tax credits. The tax refund is an estimate. Non-binding calculation, not tax advice. Not affiliated with the Belastingdienst.
