We can work all day and still get little done. To fix that set a timer and focus for a bit. Then take a break and relax. Working with a timer is 5 times more effective. You finish more by doing less. When the timer is running, it's hard to get distracted. At the end, you write down what you did. If thousands of people boosted their productivity with a timer, then you can too!
