TanCast: UV & Tan Tracker

About

Stop guessing when it's safe to be in the sun. TanCast uses an AI skin scan to estimate your Fitzpatrick skin type in seconds, then builds every recommendation around it — how long you can safely tan today, when the UV is in your ideal window, and when it's time to reapply SPF. SCAN YOUR SKIN, NOT A GENERIC CHART Take a selfie and TanCast estimates your skin type instantly — no forms, no guessing. Prefer to set it yourself? You can adjust it anytime. YOUR PERSONAL TANNING WINDOW See exactly when today's UV is ideal for your skin type, with a live burn-risk countdown so you know when to flip, cover up, or head inside. SMART SPF CALCULATOR Get an SPF recommendation based on your skin type, today's UV, and what you're doing — daily wear, outdoor activity, or swimming — plus a reapplication timer so you never forget. 3-DAY FORECAST & TRIP PLANNER Plan ahead with a 3-day UV outlook, or search any destination to see your tanning windows and burn-risk limits before you even pack. BUILT FOR REAL SKIN, INCLUDING SENSITIVE SKIN If you have a sun allergy or a photosensitivity condition, TanCast has a dedicated protection mode: it turns off tanning recommendations entirely and shows shade, SPF, and dermatologist-consult guidance instead. Because "safe minutes" isn't a real number for every kind of skin. FREE TO START Check today's UV index and get a basic burn-time estimate for free. Unlock your full tanning window, burn-risk timer, 3-day forecast, SPF calculator, trip planner, and more with TanCast Premium.
