Receipts now fill in your inventory. Photograph a receipt — or a screenshot of an online order — and Servata lists every item on it with its price, the store and the purchase date. Tick the ones worth recording, pick the room, and they're added in one go, each with the receipt attached. Photograph an item that turns out to be a receipt and Servata offers to list it for you. Faster everywhere: save an item with one tap and the camera stays open for the next — photograph a whole room, then add the prices in one list. Items from a receipt can be photographed one after another. A close-up of the label fills in the serial number, model and brand. Attach a receipt to a single item and Servata picks that item's line, not the whole bill. PDF exports with photos are now a fraction of the size, small enough to email to your insurer. Recognition is more accurate on photos taken holding your iPhone upright. Items start in the room they usually live in — a stand mixer in the Kitchen — or in the room you're working through. New rooms: Dining Room, Bathroom, Basement, Patio & Yard and Storage. As always: nothing leaves your phone, your first 25 items export free, and there is no subscription.

About

If your home burned down tonight, could you prove what you owned? Servata is Latin for "kept." Point your camera at an item and your iPhone names it, files it in the right category, and reads the brand, model and serial number off its label. Point it at a receipt and every item on it is listed for you. A calm, insurance-ready record builds itself toward one document an adjuster will accept. What you keep, kept safe. • On-device — nothing leaves your phone. No account, no cloud, no tracking. • Pay once — a one-time unlock for the PDF + CSV export. No subscription, ever. • Receipts in, items out — photograph a receipt or an order screenshot and every item on it is listed with its price, store and date. Tick what to keep; they're added in one go. • Recognises what you own — hundreds of kinds of belongings, from guitars to stand mixers, named on-device, with the brand, model and serial read off the label. • Insurance-ready — a clean cover page plus one row per item (photo, category, room, value, serial, purchase date). • Multiple homes — keep a separate inventory and export per property, free. • Yours forever — export any time; the file reads without the app. Built for homeowners and renters who want proof, once — without a monthly bill or the fear of a service shutting down and stranding their data. Your first 25 items export free — a real insurance PDF and CSV you keep, not a preview. One payment of $14.99 removes the limit for good: not $24 a month, not ever. Capturing, organizing and backing up your inventory are always free.
