Forex Sessions: Smart Money

About

Trading Journal: Forex & Gold is the all-in-one trading journal and toolkit for forex, gold, indices, and crypto traders. Log every trade with your setup, session, lot size, and screenshot, and size positions by risk around a live session (kill-zone) clock. It is an educational toolkit — not a signal service. It never tells you what to trade; it helps you study, plan, and track like a disciplined desk. SESSION & KILL-ZONE CLOCK A 24-hour New York-time ring shows the Asian, London, and New York sessions live, with a Lock-Screen Live Activity and Dynamic Island countdown so you never miss a window. Silver-bullet windows and the Power-of-Three model included. 12 TRADING CALCULATORS Position size, risk:reward, pip value, margin, P/L, lots, Fibonacci/OTE, compound, drawdown, and risk-of-ruin — all on-device with live prices. Size any trade in seconds, even hands-free with Siri. ZERO-TO-HERO ACADEMY 69 original, illustrated lessons that build from market structure to liquidity, fair value gaps, order blocks, OTE, and the day & weekly model — learned in order, with interactive drills like Spot the FVG. BACK-TEST & JOURNAL Prove your edge before risking real money. Log back-tests toward a 100-trade goal, auto-calculate R from entry, stop and exit, and see your win rate, average R, equity curve, and which setup, session and timeframe actually work for you. Weekly review notes close the loop. DISCIPLINE SCORE Tick your rules on every live trade and see what keeping them is worth, in your own R. WHAT'S MOVING GOLD (Pro) Yields, the dollar, the Fed and US data from official sources, each shown as a historical tailwind or headwind for gold, beside how gold moved after past releases. Never a signal. GOLD RESEARCH 14 popular strategies tested as exact rules on 3 years of 1-minute gold data, with real costs. None passed. YOUR DATA, SAFE Free backups. iCloud sync with Pro. Import from MT4, MT5 or CSV. A two-column layout on iPad. ECONOMIC CALENDAR A built-in economic calendar shows high-impact news — CPI, FOMC, NFP and central-bank rate decisions — in your own timezone, with forecast, previous and actual results, so you know when to stand aside. A heads-up, never a signal. BUILT FOR SMART-MONEY TRADERS Whether you scalp the kill zones, day-trade the London and New York sessions, or swing gold and forex, Trading Journal helps you apply smart money concepts (SMC) — liquidity, order blocks, fair value gaps (FVG) and optimal trade entry (OTE) — with discipline. DISCIPLINE TOOLS A daily-bias checklist, a discipline streak, and a Psychology Shield that offers a calm-down breath after consecutive losses — because revenge trading is what blows accounts. AI COACH (Pro) Ask any smart-money concept and get a clear, beginner-friendly explanation. Strictly educational — it explains, it never gives signals or advice. PRIVATE BY DESIGN No tracking, no ads, no account. Your journal stays on your device, or with iCloud sync in your own private iCloud, which we cannot read. FREE: session clock, all calculators, back-testing, 20 live journal entries, free backups, the research, and the foundational Academy. PRO: unlimited live journal and analytics, What's moving gold, iCloud sync, live alerts, the full Academy, bias history, and the AI Coach. 7-day free trial, then monthly or yearly. Educational only.
