Tula Yoga is a welcoming, community-centered studio offering over 40 classes each week, along with monthly workshops and special events. Our experienced instructors teach a wide range of classes - from Gentle Beginner Yoga and Sculpt to Hot Power Yoga - so there is something for every body and every stage of practice. Over the years, Tula Yoga has grown, moved, and evolved, refreshing its space, expanding its offerings, and adapting to the needs of the community, while staying rooted in one simple intention: to create a grounded, accessible place to practice yoga. Tula means balance in Sanskrit. Yoga is a place to return to when life feels overwhelming, uncertain, or off-center. Tula Yoga exists to offer that balance through mindful movement, steady breath, and supportive community. Come as you are - we’ll meet you there.
