Pill Reminder is the simplest way to remember your medications. Each pill is a big, colorful capsule that fills up as its next dose gets closer — a glance tells you how long you have left. When it's time, the pill turns fully colored and an alarm rings until you open the app, so you won't miss a dose. Take your pill, tap it, and the countdown resets for the next one. That's it. • Track up to 4 medications at once, each in its own color • A clear countdown on every pill, filling as time passes • An alarm that keeps reminding you until you act — and counts how overdue you are • Tap to log a dose with a gentle chime; long-press to edit, snooze 5 minutes, or finish a medication • Set any schedule: every 4, 6, 8, 12, or 24 hours, or a custom interval • Works completely offline — no account, no ads, no tracking.
