Meet Lift Log 1.7: • Share your workout — send a summary card with your stats, best sets, and new personal records right from the finish screen or from History. • Rest between exercises — after the last planned set of an exercise, a longer rest starts automatically. Smart mode picks the duration from the movements involved and adds extra time when the next exercise loads the same muscles. • Pre-filled planned sets — a newly added exercise starts with planned sets at your last logged weight and reps, so you confirm instead of re-typing. Choose how many in Settings. • Redesigned muscle heatmap — a more detailed, more realistic body map in Analytics. • The collapsed History calendar now swipes week by week.
