WagNote is a pet health app built by a practicing veterinarian, for the moment in the exam room when someone is trying to remember what happened three weeks ago. It is for every animal in the house — the young and healthy one, the one on daily medicine, the one you just keep an eye on. WagNote keeps track of all of it for you. WHAT YOU CAN KEEP IN IT Medicines — every drug your pet takes, with the strength and schedule your vet gave you, and a tap to mark a dose given or skipped. Late doses show in red. Each medicine comes with a plain-English explanation of what it is and what it does. Reminders — for doses, refills, visits, or anything else you would rather not carry in your head. Diagnosed conditions — what your vet has diagnosed, each with a plain-English explanation of what it is and what to watch for. Lab work and tests — type in the values from your vet's bloodwork and read what each one measures, in words a person can understand. Health tracking — appetite, energy, limping, coughing, stool, breathing rate, seizures and more. Log what you notice, add a note any time, and watch it over weeks instead of guessing. Storms and fireworks — a written plan for a pet who panics, worked out before the weather turns rather than during it. Records and paperwork — vaccine certificates, invoices, discharge instructions, photos of the thing your pet ate. Sitter info — one link you send whoever is watching your pet. They see the pet, the medicines and the plan, and everything they log — every dose given, every walk, everything they noticed — comes straight back into your app while you are away. Medical summary — all of it gathered into one document you can export as a PDF and hand to your veterinarian. ASK SCOUT Scout answers questions about your pet's care from WagNote's own library of articles on conditions, symptoms, medicines and lab tests.
