VitalSim Rhythm is a single-iPad ECG rhythm-recognition trainer for nursing and medical students. A live, configurable rhythm strip lets you pick any of 27 rhythms, dial the heart rate, and study the morphology with Pro Vision color-coded P/QRS/T segments, honest calipers, an amplitude-calibrated grid, adjustable gain, freeze-frame, Analyze, Compare, and a 12-lead/STEMI view. A built-in Lessons module walks you through a foundation lesson, five group overviews (sinus, supraventricular, conduction, ventricular/paced, arrest), and all 27 rhythms individually — each with strip recognition, component breakdowns, calipers, and quizzes. Progress is saved on-device, and a Review loop resurfaces the rhythms you miss. SIMULATION ONLY — not a medical device. The waveforms are simulated teaching models, not real patient data.
