GigShed turns any recording you already own into a complete practice studio. Split a song into drums, bass, vocals, and "other," then mute or solo any part, slow it down, change the key, loop sections and build a chords-and-lyrics chart to learn it — all offline on your device. SEPARATE & MIX • One tap (and a couple minutes of waiting) splits any song into four stems: drums, bass, vocals, and everything else. • Mute, solo, and set the volume of each part. • Kill the vocals to sing it yourself, solo the bass to lock in a line, or drop the drums to play along. • Finally hear the guitar part the vocal was masking. CHANGE KEY & SPEED • Move the key up or down in semitones to fit your voice. • Raise the key on a song recorded in Eb so you don't have to de-tune your guitar • Slow a tricky passage to a crawl — or speed it up — with no "chipmunk" or "underwater" artifacts. • Key and speed are independent and change in real time. LOOP & DRILL • Loop any section with A/B markers that snap to bars and beats. • "Loop 8 bars" in one tap, add a beat-locked metronome and a count-in, and drill it until it's muscle memory. CHORD & LYRIC CHARTS • GigShed listens to the song and builds a chords-over-lyrics chart in standard ChordPro. • Paste the real lyrics for the most accurate result, or let it transcribe automatically (but really, just paste the official lyrics - the transcription is trained on speech so it kind of sucks for sung vocals but is sometimes better than typing from scratch). • Fix chords the smart way: tap a chord to loop and solo its exact moment, check it by ear, and correct it on the spot.
