OVER TIME: SEE IT AND BUILD ON IT The Two-week check uses the GAD-7, a standard seven-question anxiety questionnaire, and keeps your own answers so you can see them over time. It is a screening questionnaire, not a diagnosis. Get it back lets you write your own small steps toward something worry has taken. Trying counts, and you choose every step. SLEEP, UNWIND AND PLAY Explore sleep stories, soundscapes, gentle breathing, visualizations and quiet games. Find a wind-down for the evening or something simple for restless hands. CHECK IN AND REFLECT Keep optional check-ins and journal notes. Anchor feedback can be Helpful, Not sure or Felt harder. Ratings start blank, and you can finish without logging anything. TALK WITH NORI Optional AI chat offers a place to reflect or plan a next step. A consent screen explains sharing with OpenAI before you send. The free plan includes 15 messages a day. Nori+ adds unlimited chat and memory across conversations. YOUR SPACE, YOUR CHOICE Check-ins, journal entries and progress are stored on your device and in your personal iCloud when available. AI chat sends your messages and relevant context only after consent. Account and data deletion are available in the app. Nori+ is an optional auto-renewing subscription. The price, billing period and any eligible trial are shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
