About
Mobile food businesses run on tight margins and tighter schedules. When a generator dies on a Friday night or a refrigeration unit goes down mid-service, you lose hundreds, sometimes thousands, of dollars in a single shift. Grease & Gears keeps that from happening. It's a simple, no-nonsense maintenance log built for independent owner-operators: food trucks, coffee carts, catering vans, trailers, kiosks, and everything in between. Stay on top of equipment without paperwork, spreadsheets, or apps designed for fleets you'll never run. HOW IT WORKS Add your equipment (fryers, generators, refrigeration units, espresso machines, AC units, gray water tanks, or anything else in your setup). Log a completed service in seconds. Set a reminder interval and let the app handle the rest. FEATURES Dashboard At a Glance: A traffic-light status view shows you what needs attention now (red), what's coming up soon (yellow), and what's in good shape (green). No digging through menus. Fast Maintenance Logging: Log a completed service in under 3 taps. Equipment, date, done. Smart Reminders: Set a recurring interval for each piece of equipment (30 days, 90 days, whatever the job calls for) and get a notification when it's due. Equipment Roster: Track all your gear in one place. Add standard equipment presets or create custom entries for anything unique to your setup. BUILT FOR THE OPERATOR High-contrast, large-text UI that's easy to read in direct sunlight or a cramped workspace. No bloat. Just the tool you need to keep your equipment running and your operation on the road. Terms of Use (EULA): https://drewspagna1.github.io/grease-gears-web/terms.html
