Just Roll for Gyms

About

Just Roll Coach is the gym-management app for Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu academy owners and instructors. Run your mat from iPad or iPhone — roster, ranks, attendance, dues, and member communication in one place. ROSTER & RANK • Manage members — profiles, belt and stripe history, and private coaching notes • Track curriculum check-offs per program and per student • See who's eligible to promote by time-in-grade, then promote with one tap • Members get a promotion celebration when you award their next stripe or belt SCHEDULE & ATTENDANCE • Build recurring class templates with per-session overrides • RSVP with capacity and an auto-promoting waitlist • Check students in by hand or with an always-on QR kiosk • Watch attendance trends and spot who's gone quiet COMMUNICATION • Post announcements that reach your whole gym with a push notification • Run a gym chat channel and message members one-to-one • Moderate with report, block, and delete controls BILLING & DUES • Collect recurring dues and one-time charges through secure checkout • Track dues status, refunds, and a unified payments ledger • See revenue, MRR, and a dunning worklist for past-due members GROW YOUR GYM • Capture leads with a per-gym landing page and a prospect pipeline • Follow up with a daily worklist so no lead goes cold • Post open mats and get discovered by nearby practitioners DASHBOARD • Attendance, revenue, membership, and belt distribution at a glance • A churn-risk widget that surfaces members slipping away • A weekly owner digest every Monday Just Roll Coach pairs with the Just Roll member app — one academy, one roster, one source of truth. Gym dues are billed through an external payment service for real-world mat time, not as an in-app purchase.
