Attentiv: ADHD Focus Timer

About

Attentiv is a private ADHD focus timer built for neurodivergent brains. Plan a tiny first step and begin without an account or backend. PRIVATE ACCOUNTABILITY RITUAL Name someone you trust and one visible result you can share after your focus block. Attentiv keeps the ritual on your device; it does not contact that person or pretend they are online. FOCUS MODES BUILT FOR ADHD • Pomodoro Timer — 25-minute focus sprints with short breaks • Deep Work — extended flow state sessions for hyperfocus • Sprint — 5-15 minute bursts for low-activation tasks • Custom — any duration, any time ON-DEVICE TASK BREAKDOWN Turn a task into a short sequence of concrete starting steps. Task text stays on your device. DOPAMINE REWARD SYSTEM Every completed session offers a reward from your personal dopamine menu. STREAK TRACKING + WEEKLY HEATMAP Visual streaks and heatmaps make invisible progress visible. Attentiv tracks consistency, not perfection. One session counts. AMBIENT FOCUS SOUNDS • Brown noise • Binaural audio • Rain ambience • Lo-fi — warm background texture • White noise, forest sounds WIDGETS + LIVE ACTIVITIES Attentiv puts your timer on your Lock Screen and Home Screen so you never lose track of a running session. Supports iPhone and iPad. DESIGNED FOR ADHD, NOT ADAPTED FOR IT • No punishment for abandoned sessions • What's Next — a local heuristic surfaces an approachable task • Time blindness support — Live Activity shows time remaining at all times • Structured accountability without rigidity Attentiv — built by someone with ADHD, for people with ADHD. Requires iOS 17 or later. Works on iPhone and iPad. Terms of Use (EULA): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
