Recipes from your food. With Pantry+ AI recipe chat, ask for a dish, adjust servings and flavor, and add missing ingredients to Shopping. After cooking, update the stock you used. For free, try four preset recipe requests up to three times a day. Food, Seasonings, and Shopping work even when AI is unavailable. See AI requirements below. AI RECIPE CHAT Choose Surprise me, Easy, Microwave, or Something special. Save servings and flavor preferences, use seasonings at home, and prioritize food nearing its date. Choose whether to suggest extra ingredients and add missing items to Shopping. With extras enabled, Something special can suggest foods that complement your selection. Tap the same preset again to request an alternative. With extras off, suggestions stay within your inventory. With Pantry+, give requests by text or voice, ask for a dish by name, and request up to three suggestions or a menu. Pantry uses stock that fits the dish and suggests ingredients to buy. Pin recipes and open them from any tab with a movable button. After cooking, update each linked food: used up, partly remaining, or unchanged. View or delete your chat history. VOICE ENTRY AND FOOD DATES Say the name, amount, and date, such as “beef 200 grams, tomorrow.” Pantry suggests an estimated shelf life if you omit the date. Add items by voice to the open Food, Seasonings, or Shopping list, enter them manually, or add several in sequence. Edit names, dates, and amounts later. Choose voice, manual entry, or both input buttons in Settings. Manual entry is hidden while recording. Sort food by expiry and get reminders. Amounts are optional. Tap Used to clear stock; finishing a starred food adds it to Shopping. Estimated dates do not guarantee food safety. SEASONINGS, SHOPPING, AND QUICK ACCESS Keep seasonings by name. Sort Shopping by aisle, save your store’s category order, and tap Purchase to move items to Food or Seasonings. Use Home Screen widgets, Lock Screen and Control Center controls, Siri, and Shortcuts. Recognize food with 120 item icons. SHARE WITH YOUR HOUSEHOLD Share Food, Seasonings, and Shopping through iCloud. Create Shared Pantry with Pantry+; invite your household with a link. Invitees, including partners, join free. FREE AND PANTRY+ Free: up to 40 food and seasoning items combined; Shopping does not count. On a supported setup, use preset AI recipe requests three times a day, with one suggestion each. Pantry+: no inventory item limit or Pantry daily AI limit, custom recipe chat with up to three suggestions, Apple Watch voice entry, and creation of Shared Pantry with invitations. Invitees join free. Apple’s AI requirements and usage limits still apply. Choose a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription, or a one-time purchase with no automatic renewal. Check the purchase screen for prices, payment terms, and trial eligibility and duration. AI REQUIREMENTS AI recipes need iOS 27+, an Apple Intelligence-compatible device, supported settings, language and region, internet, and available Private Cloud Compute access. iOS 27 or buying Pantry+ alone does not guarantee access. Check ingredients, quantities, allergens, and cooking instructions yourself. PRIVACY No Pantry account, ads, or tracking. Personal stock, recipe history, and pins stay on your device; shared data is saved in participants’ iCloud accounts. Voice uses Apple’s speech recognition. AI requests send food and seasoning names, days until expiry, servings, flavor preferences, instructions, recent conversation, and draft recipes to Apple’s Private Cloud Compute. Recorded inventory amounts are not sent. Feedback sends your message, optional email, and app/device diagnostics to AkkyApps support. Subscriptions renew unless turned off at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel in App Store account settings. One-time purchases do not renew.
