Indoor Finders System (IFS) provides office workspace reservation, meeting room scheduling, people locator, seating management, space planning, and indoor wayfinding in one comprehensive workplace platform. IF Intune includes the familiar Indoor Finders mobile experience with added support for Microsoft Intune MAM, helping organizations deploy Indoor Finders in managed enterprise mobile environments. Users can: Reserve hoteling spaces, specify work-in-office days, and mark remote-working dates. Locate conference rooms, people, printers, and other points of interest on digital building floor maps with fluid zoom and pan controls. Book conference rooms, add meeting attendees, and check attendee availability directly from the app. Find available rooms nearby that match the desired meeting time, capacity, and amenity requirements. Connect with enterprise calendaring systems without plug-ins. Find employees and contact information, and locate seating assignments on floor maps. Make workspace reservations for hoteling and hot-desking. Authentication sources supported by Indoor Finders include Active Directory, Google, SAML 2.0, Okta, Office 365, and Exchange Web Services. Enterprise calendar systems supported include Office 365, Microsoft Exchange, and Google Calendar. This app requires a valid Indoor Finders service subscription. Login is required to use this app.
