About

A gym tracker that runs on your Apple Watch. Tap the ring to log a set and the rest timer starts by itself, so your phone stays in your bag for the whole session. TabSet does not plan your workouts. You already know what you are doing. It counts your sets, times your rest, remembers what you lifted, and tells you what to load on the bar. Free for 14 days. Then one purchase, and that is the end of it. No subscription, ever. THE WORKOUT RUNS ON YOUR WRIST Most trackers put the watch app second. TabSet puts it first. Your routine is on the watch, so the phone stays in your bag for the whole session. - Tap once to bank a set. The rest timer starts on its own. - Two rings you never have to decode: the outer one is always the clock, the inner one is always the count. - Live heart rate, calories, and a heart-rate zone bar along the bottom. - Swipe up to switch exercise mid-set when someone is on the machine you wanted. - Swipe down to undo a set you logged by mistake. - A complication on your watch face, so training starts in one tap. MORE THAN SETS AND REPS A strength session is rarely all barbell work, so warm-ups and conditioning are first-class here, not an afterthought. - Sets: sets by reps, with weight, the way you already train. - Duration: one timed block for a warm-up, a stretch, or steady cardio. It counts down and finishes itself. - Intervals: HIIT work and recovery rounds that say "speed up" and "slow down" out loud, with haptics, so you never look down to catch the switch. KNOW WHAT TO LOAD - Plate calculator: for barbell lifts, TabSet shows exactly what to load per side. Set the bar weight once and the breakdown appears on the watch. - Your working weight carries forward. What you lifted last session is already filled in next time, so progressive overload takes no data entry. - Rest is set per exercise, so heavy squats can rest three minutes while curls rest sixty seconds inside the same routine. BUILD ROUTINES ON IPHONE OR IPAD - More than 80 built-in exercises covering barbell, dumbbell, cable, machine and bodyweight work, plus any you add yourself. - Six built-in training days to start from, or build your own from scratch. - Order a training day however you like, then start it from the watch in one tap. - Import and export whole multi-week programs as JSON, so a plan can be shared or backed up. YOUR DATA IS YOURS - No account. No sign-up, no password, no server, because there is nothing to sign in to. - History with per-exercise weight charts, time in your heart-rate zones, and logged sets you can still edit afterwards. - Export your training log as CSV or as a JSON backup, and import it back. - Finished workouts save to Apple Health, so they close your Move and Exercise rings and show up in Fitness. PAY ONCE Free for 14 days with nothing held back and nothing to cancel. If you keep it, you buy it once. There is no higher tier, no pro version, and no feature waiting behind a monthly fee. Every future update is included. WHAT TABSET IS NOT Some of this will rule it out for you, and it is better to know now. - Not a workout planner. It will not write your program or tell you what to train today. - Not a coach. No form tips, no nudges, no motivational notifications. - Not a social network. No feed, no followers, no leaderboards. - Not a nutrition app. No macros, no meal plans, no barcode scanner. - Not a cloud service. Your training lives on your devices, not on a server. If you want an app to decide your training for you, there are good ones. TabSet assumes the deciding is already done.
