Art & Museum Journal: Muse

About

Muse is a private, local-only photo journal for art you see in museums and galleries. Capture the pieces that move you and remember why they mattered without digging through your camera roll. CAPTURE EVERY DETAIL Take a photo or import one from your library, then crop and straighten it. Save the title, artist, creation year, genre, and venue. Add a heart rating, mood, and your own notes. Muse extracts a color palette from every image automatically. FIND ANY PIECE Search and sort your journal, or browse automatic groups by venue, artist, and genre. Your visits become an organized visual history instead of a folder of unexplained photos. APPLE INTELLIGENCE FEATURES When Apple Intelligence is available on a compatible device running iOS or iPadOS 26 or later, Placard Scan reads a photographed wall label and suggests the title, artist, creation year, and genre. Ask uses up to your 40 most recent pieces, plus journal-wide summary facts, to answer questions. Both run on-device. Always review suggested text before saving or relying on it. FREE AND PRO The free version stores up to 12 pieces and includes 3 Placard Scans and 3 Ask requests each month when Apple Intelligence is available on a compatible device. Capture, import, cropping, palettes, search, sorting, and automatic groups remain available within that journal limit. Muse Pro is a one-time purchase that removes the 12-piece journal cap and the monthly Placard Scan and Ask limits. It also unlocks sharing individual artwork-card images and curated report images. Each report contains up to the 10 most recent pieces from your selection. PRIVATE BY DESIGN No account, ads, analytics, or tracking. Your journal and photos stay on your device, with no cloud backup. Sharing creates artwork-card or report images; Muse does not provide a complete journal export or raw-data export. Made by Studio AM.
