FlowDay is a subscription app. FlowDay Pro is required to use it, and it includes everything described below — there is no second tier and nothing else to buy. New subscribers start with a free trial: 3 days on the monthly plan, 7 days on the yearly plan. VISUAL TIME-BLOCKING Drop each task onto an hour-by-hour timeline. A live "now" line shows where you are in the day and the screen auto-scrolls to it on open. Drag any block up or down to reschedule — it snaps to 5-minute steps with a live time tooltip — or drag its edge to change how long it takes. REPEATING TASKS Set it once. Daily, weekdays, chosen days of the week, or monthly — with an optional end date. Edit or skip a single occurrence without touching the rest of the series. NATURAL-LANGUAGE QUICK ADD Type "Workout 7:00 45m" and FlowDay parses the time and duration and drops it straight onto your timeline. Capture anything to your Inbox in seconds, then swipe to schedule or delete. FOCUS TIMER (POMODORO) Start a focus session on any block with one tap. A large countdown ring and a session counter keep you locked in. The timer keeps counting with the screen off, tells you when a session ends, and runs a short break after each session and a long one after every fourth. ROUTINES & SMART REPLAN Drop a whole morning, deep-work, or evening routine with one tap — or save your own. Ran out of time? "Replan" shifts your unfinished tasks into the next free slots, and what didn't happen today can be moved to tomorrow in one action. Set your own day start and end, the day your week starts on, and how dense the timeline is. Undo a deleted block, and export or restore your data as a JSON backup. NO ACCOUNT, NO CLOUD There is nothing to sign up for. Your tasks, notes and moods are stored on your device, and the app works fully offline. --- SUBSCRIPTION --- FlowDay Pro is a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription, and a subscription is required to use the app. New subscribers can start the monthly plan with a 3-day free trial or the yearly plan with a 7-day free trial; you are charged when the trial ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited if you buy a subscription during the trial. Payment is otherwise charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
