About

[base] is a community and a home for your inner practice — meditation, breathwork, reflection, movement, whatever yours looks like. Most practices don't fade for lack of knowing what to do. They fade because life gets busy. [base] gives yours a simple shape to come back to every day: remember why you practise, document and share with your circle what you did, and prepare the next morning's practice. WHAT YOU GET • One calm daily flow that waits for you if you're interrupted. • Practices with their own rhythm: daily, on set days, a few times a week, or whenever it fits. • An alarm you can trust. It wakes you straight into your practice and comes through Silent and Focus. • A timer with gentle gongs, and a guided two-minute breath for the moments in between. • A calendar and journal of your days. No streaks. Missing a day costs you nothing. A SMALL CIRCLE [base] grew out of a practice circle. Share your reflection with yours, or keep it to yourself. Got a circle code?
