EstimateMaker helps small contractors and field service pros organize client-ready estimate documents on iPhone. Create a client and job, reuse complete priced line items from recent saved estimates as editable copies, compare Good / Better / Best options, add an optional “Valid through” date, track assumptions and exclusions, save selected job photos with the draft, record client approval, and export a simple PDF for sharing. Search local History by estimate number, job title, or client name. Private cost and margin notes stay inside the builder and are never included in the client-facing PDF preview. V1 is free, local-first, and avoids custom accounts, payment processing, legal-contract claims, tax advice, accounting advice, and debt-collection features.
