Scholly

About

Scholly brings your entire school into a single app — from enrollment to report cards, payroll to transport. A SCREEN FOR EVERY ROLE Principals, vice principals, admissions officers, accountants, HR managers, teachers, students, parents, counsellors, librarians, health staff, canteen staff, receptionists, student affairs and bus drivers — everyone sees only what belongs to their job. LIVE SUMMARY The numbers that matter to your role stay live at the top of the screen: pending approvals, this month's collections, new applications, today's absences, your next lesson. You choose what appears. ON YOUR LOCK SCREEN Teachers and students see their next lesson, and parents can follow the school bus, without unlocking the phone. Dynamic Island and Live Activity support. BUS TRACKING Parents follow the bus on a live map, see the estimated arrival time, and know the moment their child boards or gets off. A notification arrives as the bus approaches the stop. ACADEMIC Timetables, attendance, grading, homework, exam calendar, report cards and term summaries. Teachers record attendance and grades from their phone. FINANCE Instalment tracking, collections, overdue payments, canteen spending and a digital wallet. Parents can see their payments in the app. COMMUNICATION Teacher-parent messaging, school announcements, event calendar and push notifications. MULTI-CAMPUS, MULTILINGUAL Institutions with several campuses are managed from one account. Available in Turkish, English, Russian, Azerbaijani, Kazakh, Kyrgyz and Uzbek. HOW TO GET ACCESS Scholly is an institutional app. Your account is created by your school — you receive your credentials from the school administration. There is no individual sign-up.
