About

ImpactKeep helps you remember what you accomplished when it matters most. Capture proof of your work, growth, resilience, feedback, metrics, decisions, lessons, and progress in one private Apple-native app. Instead of relying on memory before a review, interview, promotion conversation, portfolio update, or difficult moment, ImpactKeep gives you a structured evidence library you can trust. Use ImpactKeep to: - Save wins, praise, screenshots, notes, files, and measurable outcomes - Build a searchable private proof library - Organize evidence by category, tags, project, company, role, stakeholder, and date - Improve records with proof-quality guidance - Prepare for interviews, reviews, promotions, negotiations, and confidence resets - Create proof packs, STAR stories, summaries, and exportable notes - Reframe challenges using real evidence from your own progress - Review confidence replays before high-stakes moments - Capture from iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple Watch, widgets, Shortcuts, and Share Sheet - Keep your data private with Apple-native storage, optional iCloud sync, app lock, privacy controls, and archive export ImpactKeep is built for people who want a calmer, more evidence-based way to track progress. It is not a social feed, performance surveillance tool, or public portfolio. Your proof is for you. Privacy-first by design: - No ImpactKeep account required - No ads - No third-party tracking - Your evidence stays on your devices and, if enabled, syncs privately through iCloud - Export and archive your data when you want a manual backup ImpactKeep Pro is a one-time lifetime unlock for unlimited records, attachments, exports, widgets, privacy features, and advanced preparation tools. Build your proof before you need it.
