SOUND-MASKING LIBRARY A genuinely useful, free library of high-quality masking sounds - white, pink, and brown noise, plus ocean, rain, stream, wind, forest, fan, and more. Tap a sound and find relief immediately, or layer two sounds into your own mix. PLAYS IN THE BACKGROUND, ALL NIGHT Masking continues with the screen off, with lock-screen and Control Center controls and a sleep timer that fades out gently. It plays through the silent switch, so you can mask the ringing as you fall asleep. GUIDED COPING PROGRAM A short, guided habituation and coping practice - understanding tinnitus, attention and relaxation practice, using sound therapy, and sleeping better. An educational practice to help you find calm, not a treatment. HEARING SCREEN A simple, response-based hearing screen: put on headphones, tap when you hear each tone, and see a calm, relative result per ear. It is an awareness check, not a clinical hearing test.
