About
Learn cello with a clear path, honest microphone feedback, and tools built for the instrument's real register. Soloist Cello is designed for adult beginners, returning players, and advancing students who want useful practice instead of fake perfect scores. FREE CELLO ESSENTIALS • Tune the real cello strings: C2, G2, D3, and A3. • Sustain practice drones for intonation and bow control. • Start a genuine course slice without an account. A FOUR-LEVEL COURSE YOU CAN SEE The full Learn path is visible from day one. Progress from open strings and first position through scales, shifting, upper positions, tenor and treble clef, and a public-domain movement-opening study. FEEDBACK THAT TELLS THE TRUTH A microphone check and live level meter help you set up before playing. Confidence gating leaves unclear audio ungraded rather than inventing a wrong note. Low-register handling suppresses common C2–G2 octave errors. After a take, a per-note cents heatmap shows where intonation ran flat, centered, or sharp. PRACTICE WITH MUSIC AROUND YOU Practice Orchestra includes 392 harmony-only play-along charts with tempo control, looping, and a bleed-safe count-in. Bring your own song on device and turn it into graded practice without uploading your audio. SOLOIST PRO Soloist Pro unlocks the full four-level course, the complete intonation heatmap, Practice Orchestra, and on-device song import. Pay once with Soloist Pro Lifetime, or choose a monthly or annual plan. The plans also raise Soloist Coach from 5 to 500 messages a month.
